For Administrators

Here are the steps to check the authority granted to group administrators.

Depending on the authority granted, some of the menus are limited to administrators.

Below, we will introduce the procedure for how to check the group administrator and the setting for the granted authority.

How to check the group administrator and the authority granted.

              1. Click Groups・Managers under Set up menu

2. Click the person icon from the group list.

3. Make sure you are on an administrator tab. The current administrator will be displayed. Please click the administrator.

4. On the detail screen, the granted authority type will be displayed.

 How to check the setting for granted authority

1. Click Groups・Managers under Set up menu

   
   
   
2. Click the Role button. Registered roles will be displayed. Click any role that you want to check.
   
   
   
3. 4. When you click the administrator tab next to basic info, you can check which employee has this type of role.
