The company administrator has the highest level of authority in this service.
The company administrators are not only able to manage the employee, but also they are allow to set all the master settings such as how to work, or method of payroll calculation. They will be the one to finalize work record and orchestrate payroll, so the ideal employee for this role would be from HR department and accounting department.
On the other hand, the group administrator can only perform tasks which are permitted by the corporate administrator.
Set the scope of authority for each group administrator according to your organization structure.
