Here is the operation flow from an application to a payroll transfer.
- Initial setting
Set up the basic settings of your company.
・Set up a social insurance office
・Register a allowance master
・Set up working conditions (This link is now only available in Japanese.)
・Create groups
・Register employee
- Clock in/out and approve timesheets (Daily operation)
The work records on the timesheets will be created by the employee when clocking in / out with a card reader or smartphone.
The company administrators or the group administrators approve the employees' timesheets.

・Approve timesheets (Administrator operation)

- Payroll calculation and payment (After closing day)
After the closing day of the pay period, both employee and administrator should check and approve the timesheets prior to pay day. When the company administrator makes a confirmation of payslip, the salary will be automatically transferred to the employee's bank account on payday.
・Finalize attendances

- My Salary (When needed)
The accrued wages will be automatically calculated based on the work records, and social security insurance contribution and taxes are automatically deducted before the transfer.
The employee can get their accrued wages in real time, before pay day.

- Edit employee information (When needed)
When the employee is moved to another section, or, their information is changed, administrator should update their information.
・Change employee's main group (Group they belong)
・Set employee working conditions (Salary, working hours etc...)
