How to give paid leave depends on if they are full-time employees or part-time employees.
In order to manage them, create a paid leave pattern first and assign those pattern to each working condition.

  1. Click on Company working conditions.



  2. Click on the working condition's name.


    Or, if you want to change the on from the past, click the icon to the right of the name.


    In the setting history, click the period in which you want to reflect the setting.
    However, it can not be changed for a month when company closing is completed, or the start application date is outside the range of two months before and after the current month. 
    * The setting can be done by cancelling the company closing. About application start date of working conditions



  3. Please select a paid leave pattern and click update.

    When nothing is displayed in the pull down, it means a paid leave pattern has not yet been created.

    The paid leave patter is applied to employee registered in this working condition.
    Please do not forget to register the hire date for paid leave at employee basic information menu.
